How do I contact the owner of the pet I have found?
A: Simply go to www.IDtag.com and enter the tag serial number on the back of tag to retrieve the owner’s contact information. There you will be able to view up to 8 different ways to contact the pet’s owner to safely arrange the return of the pet you have found. You may also call our 24 hour emergency center (866-60-Found) and report the found pet. Our live operators will instantly connect the call to the pet owner on up to 6 different listed phone numbers. * Important Note – If the pet has any allergies or needs immediate medical attention – you can find the pet’s veterinarian information on the same page under the “Vet Info” Section.
