When will my 1 year or 5 year protection plan auto-renew?
Because many times pet owners forget the renewal date of their pet’s ID Tag, all SmartTag ID Tag service plans will be charged 30 days prior to the expiration date. We do this to ensure owners maintain active ID tags for their pets at all times. If a charge fails to renew, owners will be contacted so there is time to update the billing information on file to ensure tags are active. Prior to your service expiration you will be notified by SmartTag, by email, asking if you would like to continue service. If You no longer want to continue your service please contact us via phone at 888-379-8880 (9am to 5pm EST, 7 days a week), to cancel your pet’s subscription plan.
How can I renew my subscription plan?
You can renew your account by logging in to your account on idtag.com. Once you are logged in, go to your “My Pets” page, by clicking the “My Pets” tab on the left side tool bar. Click the “Inactive Activate Pet” tab under your pet’s photo. Choose your new plan and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation and your pet will be instantly updated and renewed with your new protection plan. You can also call us to renew or if you have any questions at 888-379-8880 9am to 5pm EST, 7 days a week.
Do you need your theme to offer multiple layouts and columns?
Again, don’t assume your theme has multiple layouts and will accommodate things like full width pages, one or two sidebars, columns within content, etc. Review the theme description and demo to make sure the theme layouts will support the content you want to create. Also verify the theme has widgetized sidebars and that the sidebar content isn’t hardcoded into the theme.

Does the theme’s navigation support your website or blog’s content?

Before you start looking for the perfect theme, decide if you need one menu or two menus. People many times use one menu for pages and secondary menu for categories. Do you need footer navigation or footer widgets with links? Is the navigation bar long enough to accommodate all your primary menu options? Some are not and I’ve even fallen into this trap with one of our designers. She created the nicest theme and it wasn’t until we were building it out that I realized the menu bar was way to small for the average amount of links people would need.
Learn from my mistake and consider your content sitemap and navigation requirements before buying your new theme.
